Lost in Transit: Before reaching out, if your item does not arrive within the expected delivery window, we recommend checking with your neighbors and your local post office to ensure the item wasn’t delivered there or mistakenly taken by someone else. If you’re still unable to locate the item after these steps, please contact us. We will conduct an investigation and if the item is deemed lost in transit, we will offer a replacement or refund.
Returns: If you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. While we generally do not accept returns due to buyer’s remorse, we review each situation on a case-by-case basis. If a return is accepted, the item must be returned in its original condition. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Wrong Address: If the provided address is incorrect or deemed insufficient by the courier, resulting in a return to facility, you will be liable for reshipment costs. Before any reshipment, we will contact you to confirm an updated and accurate address.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation or mediation, the parties agree that any unresolved controversy or claim shall then be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the United Kingdom. Each party will bear its own costs, fees, and expenses of arbitration.
16.5. Exceptions
Notwithstanding the above provisions, the Wholebeing Hub reserves the right to bring a legal action in a court of competent jurisdiction in the United Kingdom to protect its intellectual property rights or seek injunctive relief.
16.6. Time Limitation
You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to the use of the Wholebeing Hub or these terms must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
