Single-dimension approaches fail because your system needs coherence, not partial solutions.
Mindset work, affirmations, meditation: these are powerful tools. But unless they work in unison, nothing fundamentally changes.
Your mind might say “I’m abundant” while your body is braced in survival mode. Your spirit might know you’re worthy while your mind runs scarcity scripts on repeat.
The missing piece?
Coherence across Body, Mind, and Spirit.
When even one is misaligned, it blocks abundance in all areas.
But when all three broadcast the same frequency, when your body feels safe, your mind believes it’s possible, and your spirit remembers your worthiness, everything shifts. This is what creates lasting change.
So how do you actually create coherence?
It starts where all frequency lives, in your body.

Your Body, The Somatic-Emotional Foundation
Grounding in Physical Safety
Your body is the antenna broadcasting your frequency. And right now? It might be transmitting a signal you didn’t consciously choose.
You cannot attract abundance from a dysregulated nervous system.
When your body is in survival mode, scanning for threats, braced for impact, it doesn’t matter how many affirmations you repeat.
Your nervous system is asking for safety, not expansion. Your body toggles between survival mode and safe-to-receive mode.
Most of us have been living in survival for so long, we’ve forgotten what safety feels like.
The practice starts with softening. Releasing the chronic tension in your jaw, your shoulders, your chest. Your body has been braced for impact, waiting for the next crisis.
It needs permission to relax.
Breathwork is the fastest frequency shifter you have. Movement that creates expansion, dancing, shaking, walking in nature, tells your nervous system it’s safe to open.
And rest? Pleasure? They’re not luxuries. They’re frequency medicine. Your body must feel safe enough to say “yes” to more.
Try This: The 60-Second Abundance Breath…
- Place your hand on your heart and soften your jaw and shoulders.
- Inhale for 4 counts, hold for 4, exhale to a count of 6.
- As you exhale, whisper: “I am safe. I am worthy to receive.”
- Repeat this cycle 3 times whenever you notice contraction.
Emotional Release & Completion
As your body softens, something will happen: stored emotions will surface. This is good.
Emotions don’t live in your mind. They live in your body, stored in your tissues, your nervous system, your cellular memory.
Shame about money. Guilt around wanting more. Fear of losing what you have. Grief for what you never had. You can’t think your way past unfelt emotions. You have to feel them.
There’s a difference between feeling and wallowing.
Feeling is letting the emotion move through you without attaching a story. Wallowing is staying stuck in the narrative, replaying it, feeding it.
Grief work is sacred. Mourning what you didn’t have, what you sacrificed just to survive. Anger is activation energy, healthy rage at the limitations you’ve faced.
Let it move through you. Let it complete.
Emotional completion means allowing the feeling without making it mean something about your worth.
Try This: The Emotional Release Practice…
- Name the emotion: “I feel shame about money.”
- Locate it in your body: “It’s in my chest, heavy and tight.”
- Breathe into it for 60 seconds without trying to change it.
- Ask: “What does this part of me need to hear?”
- Speak it out loud: “I am not broken. I did my best.”
- Let it move through you. Let it complete.
With your body regulated and emotions flowing, your mind becomes workable. This is when mental reprogramming actually sticks.

Your Mind & Rewiring Belief
Now that your body feels safe and emotions are moving, your mind can shift. You see, the mind follows the body. Trying to reframe beliefs while your nervous system is dysregulated is like trying to build a house on sand.
But now? You’re ready.
Start with thought awareness. Notice the scarcity thoughts without judgment. “I can’t afford this.” “Money is hard.” “I’ll never get ahead.” Just notice. Don’t fight them.
Then practice cognitive flexibility, the ability to hold multiple truths at once. “I’m struggling financially AND I’m worthy of abundance.” Both can be true.
This isn’t toxic positivity. It’s expanded perspective.
There’s a difference between reframing and bypassing. Reframing is an authentic shift in perspective. Bypassing is spiritual gaslighting, pretending struggle doesn’t exist to avoid feeling it.
You’re not pretending. You’re choosing where to place your focus.
Release rigid beliefs about how abundance “should” look. Challenge inherited voices: “Whose fear is that really? Not yours.
You’re creating new neural pathways through repetition and embodied experience. This is neuroplasticity in action.
Try This: The Belief Flip…
- Write down one scarcity belief: “Money is hard to make.”
- Ask: “Is this absolutely true? Where and from whom did I learn this?”
- Find counter-evidence: “Not everyone struggles. If they can do it, so can I.”
- Reframe with truth: “Money can flow easily when I’m in alignment.”
- Repeat the new belief while doing the Abundance Breath (body + mind together).
- Practice this daily and watch what shifts.
And beneath all the thoughts, beneath all the emotions, beneath the body’s survival patterns, there’s a deeper truth waiting.

Your Spirit & Remembering Your True Nature
This is the deepest layer. Your spiritual essence. Here’s what shifts everything: abundance is your natural state.
You’re not creating it. You’re removing the blocks to what’s already yours.
The universe is infinitely abundant. Scarcity is the learned illusion. You were born worthy. You didn’t have to earn it then. You don’t have to earn it now.
This is the remembering. And remembering changes how you move through the world. It shifts you from forcing to allowing.
Forcing is scarcity frequency: “I have to make this happen or it won’t.” Allowing is abundance frequency: “I take aligned action and trust the flow.”
Trust and surrender aren’t passive. They’re high-frequency states that open you to receive what’s already trying to reach you.
Meditation, gratitude, connection to Source, these aren’t separate from “practical” life. They’re the foundation of everything.
Your spiritual practice recalibrates your entire system. When you remember who you truly are, everything shifts.
Try This: The Remembering Practice…
- Close your eyes and place one hand on your heart, one on your belly.
- Take three deep diaphragmatic breaths through the nose.
- Ask: “What would I do right now if I knew I was already abundant?”
- Listen for the intuitive answer. It might be: rest, play, create, give.
- Do that thing today. This is embodied abundance.
This is the practice. Body, Mind, Spirit, all three aligned, all three broadcasting the same frequency. This is coherence.
